@flowdelta, not really. If it goes below 40k it is already a danger, below 38k is only bear market. It is based on accumulation pattern of that dip in summer.
And usually global altseason starts when Bitcoin crashes, but I don't see it right now. Either this was pretty lame bull run or it's just not over :)
