I think it will hit around 20K because BTC tends to respect Fibonacci levels and tends to rest previous ATHs, and it has not tested 2018 ATHs. But that doesn't mean it will. One has to consider contrarian investing in addition to institutional investing: it's possible that because so many people believe it will go to 20K may be the reason it doesn't. Institutions have a history of moving the price to unexpected levels.
We'll just have to watch and see what unfolds. Thanks for the video.

The reason why people using fibs and and readjusting all the time is find an hindsight heuristic that fits bias as anything else. at the end of the day it's a game of liquidity.
Market operators will take price in the short term to where liquidity is found. That can be in form of panic selling, stops hunts or mass liquidations. Once liquidity is drained price can reverse.

@D7R, Yup. I don't understand readjusting fib studies. I find most that use fib do not use it correctly and yes, fib bias.
For the last few weeks, it seems like BTC is acquiring liquidity on both ends. It's been an interesting few week and the rest of the year will be as well.
For the moment, I'm just watching and waiting.
