Hey Everyone!
Welcome to the Neutral zone...
Well actually it's not a new place, we have been here since the start of June, where Bitcoin started bouncing between 6-8 thousand dollars. So what is a Neutral Zone?
Basically it is a zone of uncertainty where we are neither BULLISH or BEARISH... we are just slowly bouncing like a pin ball machine clicking the ball back and forwards without any confirmation. That's pretty much how life works sometimes when you are unsure which way to go. Right now BITCOIN is standing on the precipice of a new beginning. The next 12-18 months could see the start of Cryptocurrency becoming a new international financial system slowly implemented, with Government regulation, more financial houses trading, ETFs being approved...
And over the weekend we felt the FOMO within all the ALTS and BTC as they all bounced off long term supports... can we stay in the neutral zone a little longer to climb out and hit my $8888 target... I think so. Coming up to Christmas, It is my opinion that if BTC holds $5700 or above, $8888 is almost a sure thing! And if I was a poker player, I would call that a ROYAL FLUSH with all the stars aligning.
And also something I have learned the hard way lately, as much as you want to help someone, they have their own free will and will always make their own decisions - you cannot want to do something more than they want it themselves...
So apply that scenario to your trading... you are the ONLY person responsible for you! Make sure you understand what you are doing and why you are doing it... and make the best decision for you! And make sure you use money management :)
THE (Slightly more) TECHNICAL STUFF
$BTC should follow the pink line... all going to plan, and if it does continue in that direction we are well and truly on the path to $8888 - this will not be a straight line, and will have ups and downs along the way... think of trading as life...and the ups and downs you will experience as you try to move forward.
The yellow line is not 100% ruled out as yet, and if the long term support (pink) breaks on retrace (less likely) we will follow the yellow line to around $5700 and this is where I see a bounce at this point. I am not seeing a break lower than this point due to the support BTC is continuing to find on every retrace.
REMEMBER IF YOU ARE PRACTICING SAFE... TRADING ALWAYS USE PROTECTION
(minimise your risk, use a stop loss. Especially in Margin Trades) ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
