UncannyDeduction
Fascinating chart.

@LogicalDeduction, thank you! c:
ReallyMe
Bitcoin's crashing. You're gonna need more lines
ReallyMe
what's your point?
fract
@ReallyMe, Fibs play the role of a predictive support once price touches them. They have specific angle which is based on bottom of a cycle and goes to top of the other cycle. Rest is normal TA.
ReallyMe
@investa, yeah ok I understand that, but then are many more lines with different slopes connecting pairs of lows and highs running in different directions on top of that you add vertical blue lines 13,8,5... with 0 being some "special day" between November and December? So you get a chaotic grid where everything crosses everything, I don't quite understand what concrete prediction does this grid make, except for the usual bla-bla-bla "could go either way, can go up or it can go down"... just trying to understand the chart, you do not have much explaining words below it either, do you? Thanks
fract
@ReallyMe, I should have set fibs to gold ratio values to make it more intuitive for you to perceive the chart.
ReallyMe
@investa, no, not at all. don't trouble yourself on my account. actually, I just wanted to comprehend the logic in your system...
fract
@ReallyMe, of course you would not understand. This is not regular way of using TA and representing as a chart. There is no preset and fixed scheme for you to orient here. I will study along with this experimental chart to see how market will react when price gets closer to fib levels. The fib ratio value helps me to find a rule in chaos to predict reversals and timing of the market. I have to admit one thing though, I love messing with charts that's the way to making new findings and explore further due to personal experience. I believe that regular TA doesn't give us all keys to understanding the the nature of chaos in the financial markets. Through fib ratios I can easily measure and identify the configuration of the fractal which I apply to the next relevant scenarios.
ReallyMe
@investa, I understand, you do not make any predictions, rather you sharply observe. I also find it fascinating how in a seemingly chaotic swarm of price and volume movements, certain patterns can be found again and again. I also believe that regular TA is worth close to nothing, you might as well throw a dice. I think the fundamental laws of universe such as golden ratio and quantum theory might provide better means trying to understand (but most likely never to predict with certainty) what's going on.
