Hello all. We are finally out of a little holiday. And we will analyse the bitcoin chart from technical analysis, fundamental analysis and our own trading systems.
Let's start with the technical analysis. On the chart, the key level of $42,000 is worth highlighting. A couple of days ago the price broke this level and closed lower, but now the price returned above the level again, and now we can say with much certainty that it was a false-break and a liquidity gathering.
We will also highlight the trend line, which acts as resistance, if the price passes this level with a high probability the trend will completely reverse from downtrend to uptrend.
On the fundamental analysis side there are a lot of positive metrics: extreme fear, miners hoarding bitcoin, big players withdrawing capital from exchanges, large companies continuing to gain ground on their DCA strategy etc.
If you follow us, you know that we open our positions based on signals from our trading systems. One of our systems is highlighted by green areas on the chart. Soon the system will probably show a signal and we will open our positions.
