This will definitely pop again….commercial real estate is lagging in regards to other industries. It just retested its lows coming into March before it popped up to 70$. We aren't truly seeing the damage of this sector yet. Don't know how high this will go but it will move over the next few months. Even if the Fed continues to pump and even buy EFTs that money still has to be invested and moving and cannot sit idle. DRV is a 3x which is why it dropped 50% last week on the positive outlook with the overall market. The market is trying to hide the truth with these rallies. Its only going to cause more pain down the road. You can put lipstick on a pig but its still a fucking pig.

@jmmrkt most of NY businesses are not paying rent this month. Could be 2-4 months extra too. Even when the Economy is open, customer wont magically show up as normal.

@LagunitaLLC, exactly. You can go look at the holdings of this fund and they are primed for some hurt in the next few months. Just have to wait for it.

@kvl5046, missing rent payment will impact the REIT severely. The bubble has been forming since 2010. Most of the economists are skeptical about the stock market atm.
