this can happen only if BTC dips to 5k , but that is hardly gonna happen if there isn't some big FUD and because of Callisto airdrop for ETC holders on 5th of March it's more likely to catch some uptrend before Callisto airdrop happens.

I don't think H and S will apply to ETC in USD scenario. Look at ETC - BTC for better guidance.
