it's looking a bit bullish but with the downward move that happened in Sep. So I don't think the economy is ready for such a comeback. with brexit and stuff, anything can happen. However, I will be waiting for a retest at the 1.7 level then a bullish signal to long but if it breaks the 1.75 level it will be the same process. In addition, if the market drops back in the 1.7 and becomes support I'll wait for the retest then bearish signal.
