Stop loss and take profit levels are up to the trader in the end but this is my interpretation of price action.
I'd reccomend selling and covering around the level the arrow shows, to then long from there.

Move down extended with the crude situation.
I think news effect will be washed away and we'll see crude resume the downtrend.

Long prospect in both seems attractive, but I'm stopped out of USDCAD.
GBPCAD might start working soon.

Shorts covered and entered long, problem is this move retraced 90% of the move up.
Dangerous situation.
