GLD consolidating lower

ADX at 13, indicating it is not trending
It headed south on Friday, when SPY opened below 50 dema.
I may consider selling a short put spread below 109.5 resistance

If SPY crashes, conventional thinking says GLD should go higher.
If SPY breaks up, I don't it will break support of 109.5
