The pattern you drew is a rising wedge, since we are in an uptrend line a rising wedge could mean a reversal thus meaning it won't break upwards and reach the 9.5k target. This is my opinion and the normal stuff that rising wedges do...

@angel_lobs, Nobody can what's going to happen let's wait and see, and it's not raising wedge its an ascending triangle which is a bullish pattern. Thanks for advice
