Right. Some of my friends are still buying new house though, and Home Depot is still pretty strong - maybe it is a lagging indicator.

Some need it, but i advise to await a turn, it will come eventually - this cant be kept in the same pace. Plus while all previous corrections of US market opened some possibilities on other markets, i barely can find a place that does not roll over...and that makes me understand that money is not reshuffled, it is taken out of the markets. Not the best sign
