This is not a dead cat bounce. For an actual DCB its has to be a perfect downtrend, where previous move has to be more than 15 % down A 3 % BOUNCE IS CALLED a DCB.. so this is a not a dead a DCB. For me it looks more like a range than an H/S pattern.
