The FED is the overseer of the wave function as depicted by the ascending channel. The entity's comments & programs have specifically manipulated price action. The FED is FY'14 of OCT has already hinted at continue to QE4, and we believe that is what we'll see to preserve the wave function.
We could be wrong and the FED may have a controlled wave collapse.
