This might indicate that the price will still rise a bit to the resistance at 27.06 (R2) and then - after MACD crossed the Signal Line - it will fall to the monthly Pivot Point at 23.93. Usually, the Pivot Points get touched by the price in the current or in one of the following time periods. So there are multiple Indicators to second the bearish Signal.
