I believe this should rise for reasons listed before and along with - there is a gap above that needs to be filled. - indecision candle on double bottom
I am long at 7.25 on July 13.
I had originally had my order for 6.95 but I got worried I wouldn't get filled and I now realise that was not very smart of me so hopefully I don't do that again.

Closed on Aug 24th around $14 for a gain of about 93%
This was a painful experience but I learned how with TVIX and other volatility ETFs don't do anything until its "go time" being ready early isn't worth the risk. Use SPXL or SPXS for that if you love risk.
