I'm not really seeing that. What I think is going on is that accumulation has started and the pair may go side ways for awhile and then trade up or down after the market decides which way it will go. But my feeling is that it will more than likely go up. The BOC likes the exchange rate to be just a little north of 1.25. 1.25 exchange rate is good for Canada, while at the same time making U.S. Goods not to costly for Canadians.
