It could be a good time to sell. We are in a downtrend. I wouldn't say a bearish. Though I expect the trend to continue for a while. Many previous lows in the uptrend have been broken.
I expect a good position with take profit at 12.50 , stop loss at 14.20.
Note: this is only my opinion. Don't take it for sure , I could be wrong.

Note: today friday 24.
The first 30 minutes of trading the 14 barrier has been tested at least 3 times. But looks like it is not keeping and the price always get below 14. This is a good sign for my hypothesis.
