one could fundamentally argue for a $10 XRP at this very moment. unfortunately that would signifigantly hinder their OTC on boarding price potential sales pitch. that said, these levels are too cheap given the fundamental momentum. bigger players are being a bit cocky thinking supply is on their side. thing is, if you are an institutional player, the XRP story will be hard to ignore and pass on. waiting for this light to get turned on - 100MA at .4985. a sustained bid above that level will shed light on the room.
