AI Copilot add-on refunds

You can request a refund for the AI add-on within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are handled by our Support team — there's no self-service refund in the product.

When you're eligible

• You submit your refund request within 14 days of purchase..
• The same rules apply in every country.

If more than 14 days have passed, the add-on is no longer refundable.

How much you get back

The refund depends on how much of your monthly usage limit you've used:

• If you haven't used any of it, you can get a full refund.
• If you've used part of it, the refund is calculated in proportion to the unused part.
• If you've used all of it, the refund is zero.

How to request a refund

Since refunds aren't available directly in the product, please contact our Support team to request one. Support can see your payment, how much usage you've consumed, whether you're eligible, and the calculated refund amount before processing it.

As an AI add-on holder, you can submit support tickets about the add-on — billing, usage limits, refunds, and technical issues.
