AI Copilot billing emails and failed payments

TradingView emails you about key billing events for the AI add-on, and handles a failed renewal in a set way. This page explains both.

CONTENTS:

Emails you'll receive

You'll get an email for each of these events:

  • A successful first payment.
  • A successful monthly renewal.
  • A failed renewal payment.
  • A cancellation confirmation.
  • A refund confirmation, when Support processes a refund.

Each payment email includes your package, the amount, tax, and the billing period, so you have a record of what you paid for.

When a renewal payment fails

On your renewal date, TradingView tries to charge your payment method. If that fails, it tries again — up to three attempts in total.

If all three attempts fail:

  • The add-on isn't renewed and your monthly usage limit isn't refreshed.
  • AI Copilot access from the add-on is suspended.
  • You get a failed-payment email letting you know.
  • AI Copilot shows a payment-recovery entry point so you can fix your payment and restore access.

To get access back, update your payment method in your settings so a payment can go through.

Billing or access problems

If you run into a payment or access issue that these steps don't solve, contact Support. As an AI add-on holder, you can open a ticket about add-on billing, usage limits, refunds, and technical issues.
