This is a Neutral pattern. This indicates that the price hasn't set any strong indication of moving up or down. We don't know until it breaks out of the triangle.

In my opinion, this is not a time to open any positions. It is time to wait and observe. If it rises above the triangle, and forms a very nice Continuation pattern, then I will post a long chart. For now, we remain neutral.
