Wait Wait is the key

We should wait for the monthly close to decide when to buy Alstom stock as if we close below 34.37 we will go toward 29.84​
My level where I think it´s a good opportunity to buy is 29.84 them 25.13​
The Dividend yield is 15.28% but P/E is 26.14 (price to earnings ratio ) a little high for me
