AMAT Shorting scenarios

A little project for a short bias on the AMAT with 3 potential scenarios in mind. A fall from the first pink rectangle, or from inside it if the top edge becomes resistance. Second scenario is resistance met at the white curve. 3rd scenario is similar but at the purple curve.

These should only be considered if the earnings don't push this with a stellar gap higher. If the earnings report is decent, but no buying enthusiasm and/or appetite transpires from the price action, any signs of shorting opportunities and/or setups should be carefully considered and analyzed with the preferred lens, approach, method or other sources.

As usual, all elements are envisioned potential support/resistance zones/forces.

Support and up push from the rectangle. Any shorting scenario to be considered only with relevant price action at the white: resistance to be met, candlestick shadows, bearish mood (candle).

First sign of a bearish mood at the white curve. To be considered.

If the price doesn't rebound again from the curve in this position all bets are off. It could just go over it and ignore it.

Looking forward to see if the white holds as support and if the recent top above it was actually the beginning of a prolonged bearish sentiment.

Break and retest of the purple and a big drop going fast for the slim plank below. Interesting stuff.

we end this project with the big rebound from the last slim rectangle zone. Quite a ride. Looks to be consolidating a bit under the purple and it might even end at the arrow end. Can't see it dropping back. And popping up doesn't look like an option now...
