Trading Strategy


Plan A
Sell below 440 for targets 400 /350 /300

Plan B
Buy Above 455 "If holds above 450 as a condition" for upside targets 475-480 & Above 480 for 500-510 & Above 520 for 530/540/550

Plan C
If Plan B activates & stock reaches 500-510 zone where it finds resistance or upside hurdle -traders can sell once it starts moving back below 500 as condition. No selling if crosses above 500 & holds the level as support later.

Never leave trades having reward for small risk. 440 was critical level- going below, stock could have continued its slip & halting close to 440 at 442 was buying opportunity for upside 450/460 & 475-480.

Drawing Simple Channel from tops at 838 highs suggest that 390 was at the support of parallel trendline so bounce was expected as suggested last night - giving us 1.3% so far for the day. So, I suggested next fall only below 389/390. Thanks

Any move below 460-465 zone which is minor support zone holds then Your buy position is ok else moving below 460-465 zone -it can attempt 440-445 that is next immediate support zone

Failing to hold 440-445 zone It is most likely to slip to 430 & retest lows of 389/390 & even slip further down for new lows. Thanks

Coming back to Auropharma

Channel bounce which started from 390 's touched our target of 500 - Highs so far is 511

Short term trades were also taken in between with key support zone 440-445 & Low -430
These two key points both gave nice push upside for few decent points.

510-511 is important resistance zone - Risky Traders can plan to sell till stock holds below 505 - 506 zone
Safe Traders Sell If holds & goes below 500 level for Targets mentioned below
Target 1 - 490
Target 2 - 475
Target 3 - 450
