BANKNIFTY has closed on a slight negative sentiment and closed with 0.35% cut. Closing is still above PDL, weakness and selling pressure will build when it will trade and close below PDL. Last we planned to buy above 39870. It opened with a decent gap up and tested our buy target in the 1st 5 Min. We already planned to trade on 10 o'clock range breakout in case any gap up/down. It broke below 39760 and gave a move till 39565.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5/15 Min candle closes below 39560 then we will short for the target of 39350, 39160 and 39000.
For buying we need a 15 min candle close above 40075. upside targets will be 40250 and 40410.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
