$BTC getting bullish but is a H&S pattern in play?

BTC is gaining some momentum as of recent; 4 months before the next Halving event. I am heavily bullish, but BTC current structure may be signalling a possible Head & Shoulders pattern with resistance around 9.5K. If we can get to 10K I think we are in the clear of near term correction, but I will be keeping a close eye on the action at it's current levels before making any decisions. If we are in a H&S pattern, I expect prices to drop around 8k again.
