TRADING IDEA - CAN BITCOIN BEAKDOWN TO 23800 usd LONG TERM?

Hello trading friends,
Before we start this idea - it's not about that we expect it will happen now, we just write about the idea of 23800 and of this are possible in the coming time, and how will this be done if it comes. so there is at this moment not a fast expecting target. but just an open idea.
The 23800 USD shows a trend that can be the panic trend, and we know most short traders hope a long time on that target, but is this possible? into crypto all is possible, but to be real to come into this trend we should confirm more targets, and out of that, this could only happen if a large party whales sell BTC.
The time frame that this can happen, it's possible in just some short time. at this moment there are not signals that show this is possible in the short term. but as you know data can change at any time.
As long we hold 29200 the target of 23800 is not into the view trend. on our channel we add time by time where the bitcoin price are, or we are into uptrend or downtrend, and also the side trend.
About the possiblity yes its possible, but we should confirm first some trends.
