CELR/BTC stuck between a Rock and a Hard Place: Celer in Cellar

CELR is currently between strong resistance and strong support.
Until it breaks out from one of the zones, it will be hard to trade.
I do think it has found good support and should bounce pretty soon.

400 ought to hold unless BTC spikes again and more.
360 would be a great buy if goes there and reacts quick.
Break below 360 would require me to re-evaluate in total.
