I'm neutral to long.
Clean Energy Fuels Corp deals in the natural gas fueling station market. This is an up and coming hot market area as more trucks and commercial vehicles probably will switch to the cheaper fuel. A breakout could be near as it has come to the end of it's apex. Should a daily close occur above the trend line, upside potential in days could be big. Upside to $16.50 should be likely.
The stock currently trades at $12.74
RSI on weekly is under 50 though but a bullish cross of 13 ema over 34 ema would do the trick.
