$6.50 per common share offering of 19.2 million shares. There are 61.36 mln shares outstanding thus having a 36% dilution. Pre market 7/14/2023 currently shows $7.70 or a negative 5.4% correction. This should retest $7.40 main trend line where it first formed at $5.80 (july 7th) then $6.40 (july 11), the next stop is $7.40. $7.4 would be a 9% correction. Price action most likely will be based on institutional interest on CRBU.

Pfizer 25 million share purchased at $5.44 + $6.50 share dilution price = $11.94 / 2 = an average price of $5.97. Decided to buy @ $6.10 this morning. If it goes lower, I will average down and go long.

Bottom trend line forming starting on 7/14/2023 @6.10 - 7/17/2023 @6.17- 7/23/2023 @6.35. If price action consolidates here in a tight range of an average price of 6.66. We should look for a breakout sometime on Thursday 2/27/2023. There should be a higher chance on the uptrend breakout considering past news and lagging indicators.
