The project being developed by DOT is sound and looks promising.

ASIDE FROM THAT!!!!

Looking at this thing on pure charting stand point. I strongly believe that once DOT starts heading north from this support level... WE ARE OUT OF HERE!! Don't get it twisted though it's going to take some time.
