OES/BTC: on the way finish three drives pattern and go up

on chart 4H:
- falling wedge with support at 0.001272.
- with the hidden divergence signal on RSI, i think price will decrease to @0.00129 before continue uptrend to target at least 0.0022763
and another reason make me think the price will down because maybe btc will drop to 7800, it will leads altcoins drop too
on chart 1H: we can see stoch RSI is in overbought area
