Still looking for 3780 (Date: 122922)

I'm looking for Price to drop from this level to 3780 still. The gold arrow indicates my first thought and the red arrow indicates my second thought of what Price will do.

There is a Medium Impact News release at 08:30 EST, Unemployment Claims, that has my interest on WHEN this move is likely to unfold.
