Can ETH beat BTC?

Today, while Bitcoin supply in exchanges increased slightly, more than 9B ETH came out of exchanges! (At this price!)
Honestly, my experience is not enough to have a perfect analysis of this, but I know this is no small thing.
Technically, RSI indicator shows a divergence and Ethereum does not seem to be strong enough to maintain its uptrend at the moment. But that does not mean it's Bearish.
I think ETH only needs a little correction, which will also further reduce its supply by big investors and Eip1559.
While US SEC has rejected one of the Bitcoin Spot ETFs, Ethereum has many stimulus.
