Solid set up for mover higher

This one is set up for a much higher move...of course it will depend on silver to breakout to the upside...however one can clearly see an IH&S pattern has formed (in yellow)...it broke out above the neckline (yellow) and then just retested the neckline breakout...to me this screams get long...your top loss would be just below the neckline in my opinion...if it breaks back below the neckline I would stop out and wait.
