Couldn't ask for a better setup in GE

According to market analysis along with historical knowledge of market behavior as it responds to the final stages of bull rallies, GE appears to be setting up for its next bull rally.
Currently it is at what appears to be near the market bottom, therefore upside potential greatly outweighs the risk of downside volatility .
