$HPB - Another breakout from symmetrical triangle with 100% move

This is an interesting chart in that my previous chart for HPB spoke about a breakout from the symmetrical triangle with a measured move to 3100. That's exactly what happened a few days later.

Now we have the same support line as before but a second symmetrical triangle with a measured move to around the 4500 Sat level.
