ICP: Double bottom/falling wedge reversal or project collapse?

Which of these options do you think has the highest probability?

Option 1
Is ICP forming a double bottom reversal on the weekly time frame? If support holds in the $3.00 area and momentum returns to the crypto market a break out through $6.00 and then $9.00 and then $18 may play out. Expect a massive acceleration in price beyond $18.00.

Option 2
Is ICP in a large falling wedge? Will a failed retest of resistance at $6.00 during the next few months lead to a low around $1.00 to $1.50. If this is the case could it break out of the weekly falling wedge as momentum in the crypto market reforms in 2026/27?

Option 3
ICP is a failed project that will bleed price action with no trend reversal imminent?

For me, ICP is on my accumulation list at anything around $3.
I think there is a long term play here.
