ICP Is about to explode! Rounded bottom reversal!

Here's a quick look at ICP 4 hr chart. As we can see, the price has formed big rounded bottom reversal - This is going parabolic! The best entry would be, when the price breaks above the level shown in the chart with good amount of volume .
