JD - Structure is Shifting! Why and How we breakout

The algorithms are setting JD up for one of two outcomes — a move toward $45+ or a continuation lower. But based on the current structure, we’re seeing a full tapering cycle playing out, and that’s important.

Here’s the sequence so far:

1. Breakout of the HTF strong selling - Purple
This is always the first step of a reversal — we need to invalidate the dominant selling algorithm to allow new liquidity to enter.

2. Taper and prove the next selling algorithm - Orange
This is a less aggressive selling structure, which is what allowed price to break purple. Good sign of selling pressure weakening.

3. Now we’re proving the even more tapered structure - Teal
If white is proven and broken, it is the confirmation and validation for green buying to be in control.

4. That leads into Green — the buying continuation algorithm
Once we break white, the path opens for price to move toward the top of the green buying structure — which aligns with the $45+ zone.

Of course, earnings + macro risk + China exposure all introduce uncertainty. Nothing here is guaranteed. But if those external variables don’t interfere, the chart is absolutely set up for a breakout.

Structure is doing what it needs to.
