Over the course of the past couple of months, we witnessed an incredible rally on the Nasdaq. Following this previous price action, it is quite likely that we will soon see another correction. This could start with the current retest of the channel resistance trendline.

Recently, we have just been witnessing a lot of back and forth on the Nasdaq. For the past couple of days though, the Nasdaq started to create a potential top formation. Now obviously it is way too early to tell, but we now have to respect price.

🔎Analysis summary:

Well, over the past couple of weeks we have just been seeing a lot of back and forth on the Nasdaq. The trend still remains overall bullish but with the retest of the upper resistance trendline, a short term correction seems to be still quite likely.
