This is the local (.004) support around it's current price at .00525 breaking this may send NEO down to no mans land. Can't say what will happen, not the best buying opportunity at the moment in my opinion. Yet NEO could shoot to the MOON for all I know. I think the time to sell has past so unless you're willing to take a loss, just know that NEO has some potential if not this year. Could cost average for the time being. I don't think NEO is done, and if BTC picks up maybe it will fly faster and pick up where it left off... While a close above .0058 would signal a trend reversal. Who knows?!
