We have seen this pattern numerous amount of time in the crypto world, the best example that comes to my mind is ethereum. Exactly like NEO right now, ethereum went out of the flag pattern and went way up to reach the top of the flag. I strongly believe that NEO will do the same thing since we all know major cryptos are all related in some ways.
After seeing a huge drop, NEO has bounced on 0.004 resistance and changed trend to be able to break the flag, which indicates the strenght of the trend.
