this is only my view about NEO, if bitcoin's uptrend or stay at current phase and looking at today's altcoins booming situation,it's possible for NEO.
all the drawn lines are supports/resistances.

but it seems like neo is going to follow bitcoin move so it may hit my 2nd target before pullback
