Sep 6, 2021, Natural Gas Winner and Update
Woke up a little later with the holiday here in Toronto. Anyway, was still able to catch a Sell order at 4.732 with my usual 20 point Take Profit, 4.712. It started at 7:45am with a big 20 point price movement down. My order was executed at 8am and my TP was hit by 8:30am. Could this FINALLY be the start of the big fall? I'm not sure.
I read a book by Larry Williams that was suggested here on Tradingview so I read it - Long Term Secrets to Short Term Trading - Great Book - Larry said you can make money doing what I'm doing every day, but I will never be a Millionaire - you have to be trading the Daily and Weekly charts. Sooooo, I'm starting to see if I can apply his methodology to Natural Gas seeing as Natural Gas hasn't traded this high since 2014. Seems like a good time to expect a decent short run. Not to mention Covid, the economy, the Elections this year in Canada and next year in the U.S.
I will keep you updated on my 'Shorting Natural Gas' Journey on a weekly basis. I will probably still do my 20 point TP daily thing, for some walking around money :-)
