NIFTY has closed on a positive note with more than 0.5% gain. It opened flat and our buy and sell levels remained untouched. Nothing triggered and NIFTY almost traded inside previous day's trading range. Tomorrow's trade will be based on the last 2 days high and low. Just we have to be cautious in long and always need to be strict with trailing sl as we are at parallel channel trendline resistance as per hourly charts.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if a 5 Min candle closes above 16630 then we will long for the target of 16700, 16750 and 16800.
For selling one needs to wait till 16480 is closed in 5 Min TF. Target below 16480 will be 16400 and 16330. Aggressive traders can short below 16555 on a 5 min candle close for the target of 16490.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
Index will be bullish till we are closing above previous day low.
