I'm attempting to display the 15 minute buy areas.
There are two buy levels, the near one is obviously more likely to be reached than the further one.
On the bearish argument, price has tried several times to make new highs and hasn't been able to do so. This could prophesize a larger drop in the future. Everyone is more tentative come Sep/Oct. This is probably that. You could also argue that the supply is getting worn out, and the bears will eventually stop selling if it continually gets challenged.
