A another year repeat?

I believe that nugt will go up to ten within the month based off the same set up as last.First was raise in interest rates only in December and plans to raise rate 5 time in 2016.That didn't happen second was the stock market at highs and didn't respond to fed rates until the beginning of the year.So if history repeats itself buy tvix and nugt.my chart shows nugt starting to go up starting Jan 6,2016.
