Not that we have to look for a loss but that we have to know how to take it, how to comeback from a big or small loss, how to stay focused and how to learn from any and all mistakes.

When I lose a lot, for whatever reason, I just detach completely, stop trading.

My focus is directed towards reading, exercising, fasting and reviewing my mistakes... Why did I make this decision? What was I feeling at the moment I opened this trade?

Next time I have the same feeling I will recognize it and know that something might be right or might be wrong.
